Email hosting- Web hosting- Managed hosting for WordPress
For existing Email Hosting and Web Hosting services, once they have been migrated to the new Control Panel, they will remain available for renewal only. Unless the Customer chooses to upgrade or migrate to the new product, the Terms of Service for services available for renewal only (Legacy) apply, the new General Terms of Service (GTS), to the extent that they do not conflict with the Papaki - Legacy Special Terms of Service.
Website Builder (Basekit) and Pixida – Services available for renewal only
For the Website Builder (Basekit) and Pixida services, there are no plans to migrate or upgrade to a new equivalent product via the new platform. The existing services will continue to be provided solely for renewal, as legacy services, for as long as they remain available from the Company.
Specifically for Website Builder, the Company may offer a new, distinct product on the new platform; however, this does not constitute a technical or functional continuation of the existing Website Builder (Basekit) service. For this reason, migration from the existing Website Builder service (Basekit) to the new Website Builder is not supported, and use of the new product requires a new, separate purchase.
As long as these services remain available only for renewal, the Papaki - Legacy Special Terms of Service, as well as the new General Terms of Service (GTS), to the extent that they do not conflict with the more specific terms of the Legacy services.
Semi dedicated hosting
Existing Semi-Dedicated Hosting services will remain available only for renewal after they are migrated to the new Control Panel.
Provided this is technically and operationally feasible, if the customer wishes to upgrade, a free migration to a different product on the new platform may be offered to the customer. This migration does not occur automatically, but only after prior notification and with the customer’s consent.
If no suitable alternative is available, or if the customer does not choose to switch to a new product, the service will expire normally at the end of the subscription period, without the option to renew.
Credits
Any Credits available in your account at the time of the migration will be transferred normally to your account in the new Control Panel.
Until the migration of the Services to the new Control Panel is completed, any available Credits cannot be used for new purchases through the new Control Panel. Credits will continue to be usable only for Legacy Services, provided that such use is supported, in accordance with the applicable terms and technical limitations.
After the migration of your Services to the new Control Panel, the use, management, and application of Credits will be governed by the then‑applicable Service Order (SO) for Credits, as well as the other applicable legal and contractual documents of the Company.
Credits:
- may be used for purchases and renewals of selected services, provided that the available balance fully covers the total amount of the relevant order or renewal,
- cannot be combined with any other payment method for the partial settlement of the same order or renewal,
- differ from vouchers, which function as a discount applied at checkout and do not constitute an available account balance.
